  • The majority of our items can be hired overnight. You can check the website for each specific item to see if it is available for overnight rental.
  • Overnight hire is not considered a second day’s rental. We will arrange to collect the items in the morning or at a time that suits you.
  • If you need the equipment for additional days, you will need to pay for a second day of rental rather than an overnight charge.
  • Please note that extra fees apply for overnight rental.
  • Finally, we kindly ask that you keep the equipment safe and secure by storing it in a locked location.

Absolutely. We carry a public liability insurance policy worth five million pounds to protect against any potential harm caused by our team or equipment.

  • Most of our inflatable items are versatile and can be used on hard surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. However, it is crucial to check the individual item’s website to see if it is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. It is also the hirer’s responsibility to confirm the venue’s dimensions and the location of the equipment. Please let us know whether the setup is indoors or outdoors when booking, and we’ll handle the rest. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
  • Please be aware that, for safety reasons, we now require drilling into the ground for outdoor setup on a hard surface. This will necessitate a drill and raw bolt fixing system. Temporary anchors will be installed by drilling through the hard surface. The company will not fill drilled bolt holes, and it is the customer’s responsibility and expense to do so.
  • Please note that the company can only drill into concrete and tarmac, not porcelain tiles, block paving, or decking.

When renting our inflatables, please be aware of the following power supply requirements:

  • Each inflatable requires a 13amp power supply socket.
  • The power sockets must be within 50 meters of the equipment to ensure safe usage. If this is not feasible, please reach out to us so we can work together to explore other options.

Important Notice Regarding Rentals and Heavy Rains. Please be advised that one of our team members will reach out to you in case of heavy rain to discuss safety concerns related to your rented items. If the rain is torrential, we will have to cancel the rental for safety reasons, as your well-being is our top priority.

Booking Policy: A non-refundable 20% booking fee is mandatory at the time of booking for all reservations.

  • If you cancel your booking prior to eight weeks before the event, 25% of the order value will be charged.
  • If you cancel your booking within eight weeks of the event, 35% of the order value will be charged.
  • If you cancel your booking within six weeks of the event, 50% of the order value will be charged.
  • If you cancel your booking within four weeks of the event, 75% of the order value will be charged.
  • If you cancel your booking within 10 days of the event, 100% of the order value will be charged.
  • We understand that cancellations are unavoidable, but please let us know at least 48 hours before your booking time and date that you no longer require the hire.
  • If the booking cancellation is over a weekend or bank holiday, please call our mobile number 07900 004324 as emails aren’t manned over these days. Please also confirm the cancellation in a quick email for us to confirm against your booking.
  • If we have to cancel your booking due to severe weather, your 20% booking fee will be fully refunded.
  • If on the day we are unable to deliver or set up the rented items due to lack of access or required space or inappropriate location, your booking fee will not be refunded, and the full balance will be required.

Please take note of the following before we collect the item:

  • Any damage or dirt caused during your possession of the item will result in a fee.
  • Ensure that the item is in the same clean condition as when it was first received when our team member comes to collect it.

  • The cost of delivering to a particular area will be provided when you choose your area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help.
  • If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness, or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
  • Delivery times are approximate, and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please ensure that there is adequate space for our items, the location site is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your item due to a lack of space, debris, accessibility, or an inappropriate location.
  • Please ensure your bookings leave enough time for set up and set down. This is particularly important with hall bookings. If you are hiring any food or drink products, please make sure you have enough time for these to be prepared.
  • Standard delivery/collection times are free, and we always try our best to accommodate requests for specific times within this time frame where needed, such as if a party starts before the cut-off period of delivery. This is a goodwill gesture only, and we cannot guarantee that we can deliver at that particular time. Although we do our utmost to plan our deliveries around these times, we cannot be held responsible for a delivery not being at a specific time between 8-12.
